When to travel to Lithuania?

From the month of May, the days in Lithuania will be longer and allow for a variety of excursions and sightseeing tours. If you prefer a seaside holiday on the Baltic Sea, you should travel to Lithuania in the summer months of June, July or August. At air temperatures of about 20 °C, the water temperature rises to similar values of up to 19 °C.

For hardened people this should not be an obstacle to risking a jump into the cool water, especially on sunny days. We also recommend the summer months of June to August as the best time to travel to Lithuania. The winter months are less suitable for a trip to Lithuania due to the relatively high rainfall and sinking temperatures.
